The 2026 International members gathering, which takes place online only, was supposed to happen on its annual date of May 10th.
This yearly day of 10 May was chosen in honor of the day that St. Hildegard was elevated to Doctor Ecclesiae of the Catholic Church by Pope Benedictus XVI in 2012.
However, this year that day also fell on Mother’s Day, another honor for women all over the world. It was decided to move the meeting date this year to the following Sunday, 17 May.
The presentation was held by Prof. Susan Roll, entitled ‚Can We Call Hildegard a Feminist?‘
